in all seriousness, as much as I personally dislike the current non-2024 model year ipc display, Ford is so terribly far behind on BC 1.3 and associated updates that this problem is justifiably way down on their to-do list.

Ford released bad instrument cluster software back in July 2023, they have continued to push out that buggy software to 21-23s ever since. It was fixed on the 2024 model year vehicles, but that update probably won’t come to us unless they have to update it for some other reason.
Use the record feedback app on the card touchscreen to let them know you would like them to fix it

Yeah, I really don't understand the anger associated with the screen layout. It's not beautiful but damn man..... don't let it ruin your day/life

Mark - I'm with you 100%. I just like driving the Mach-E. I live in Maryland and a we like to drive to "Mom and Pop" restaurants to see who has the best crab cake. (Sometimes I'm suduced by a jumbo soft crab instead). The car's UI doesn't concern me in the least. BTW - so far, the best crab cake comes from a diner close to a Chesapeake tributary.
