Anyone have issues with the interior lights turning on? Specifically the back row interior lights? They don't seem to stay off if you turn them off with the doors open either, you have to climb in, close the doors, turn them off and then exit the car, otherwise they keep turning back on.

This is driving me crazy, there's not a lot of space int he back and I've been hilariously locked in because I had the child locks on, forcing me to climb through the front of the car to get out.

This has been my experience too. My kids will often push the button and then leave the car without turning them off. Instead of me climbing back there, I just make them press it to off next time one of them is in the car.
There is something about a button being within reach, any kid will find and press that button.

There is an anti-snotnosed-little-turd (i.e. kid) button on the Mach-E. You can turn off all interior lamps by pushing the button that is located in the overhead console. It shows amber when the lights are turned off. See page 117 of the manual, "Interior Lamp Function".

One thing I discovered is that the interior driver / passenger lights can't be turned off unless the vehicle is turned on. In other words, you leave the light on. You go out to the vehicle, reach up, and turn it off, but nothing happens. You have to start the vehicle, then turn it off, then turn the vehicle off. At least that's what I've had to do the handful of times it happened. You CAN turn it On, then Off, when the vehicle is off though. It's leaving it on that's the issue.
