Issues with built in navigation

I have been to the dealer service department four times for this issue and it never seems to be fixed… It amazes me how much they seem to not care about the customer once they’ve already purchased the car. Basically may navigation system is having a few issues. I think they fixed the first issue, which was that the navigation was taking me to a totally different city. Then I answered, even though it kept calling the streets and free ways. The ones that I should be on I wasn’t on either the street, or in that particular city as it was saying, I was there… Like I said, I think this was fixed. But the other two problems are still happening. The first of which is that, even though I click the voice command button, so I can hear the streets and turns it only. Does the sound alert for turns, and such, and the second problem is that my music is down completely when I’m using the built, and GPS to the point where I can barely hear it. For some reason they are not able to fix this. Also on a side. Note. If anybody knows do you have to have the premium service for $10 a month to get the YouTube app in the entertainment tab? I took it in twice for that. They said they couldn’t download it now. I heard that you need to have a premium services to have it which apparently they had no clue about.

It is possible that the volume for the voice guidance is proportional to the volume of the music. ANd yes, you need the $10/mo. premium connectivity package to get YouTube.

No , you don’t need premium package . You tube should appear on entertainment and you can watch simply connecting mach e to your phone personal hot spot . I’m doing this more than a year

You have to adjust the volume WHILE USING the feature. So, when you hear the navigation talking, turn up the volume right then while it is talking.

The voice command button is for you to speak, it has nothing to do with whether you hear it back...

Struggling to follow most of what was written, but the prompt volume is adjusted by changing the volume while a prompt is playing. The volume knob even changes to tell you you're setting the prompt volume instead of the music volume.

That's because they talk differently in the future.
