I just received my Lectron Vortex today and tested it in a tesla charge center
No problem plug in, activate and charging at all.
But it took me more then an hour to figure out how to unlock the adapter from the NACS charger..
Basically the latch on the Lectron is now very tight and you have to press the latch really hard to have it released.
When you press it, you will immediately hear a click, but you need to keep pressing all the way down until you hear a second click to have it fully release.. Otherwise the charge will just stuck in between.
Since the latch is on the bottom side of the adapter, it's not easy to press that hard..
And this is not on any of their instructions..
Now I look close at the adapter and watched videos about their previous recall, I can see they changed the latch pin. It is now longer and going inwards 90 degrees to lock the charger.
On good side, I guess it is now very secure. Downside, they should update their instructions, it's no way intuitive to press that hard
