I have a 23 GT. I had not followed the rollout of LFP tech. Is there something that says which models have the LFP batteries?

just a point of curiosity.

You also likely do not want an LFP battery if you bought a GT. That would be a bad application of that battery chemistry since LFP isn’t really for high-performance cars. Toyota’s product map lists LFP technology under “popularization” and Li-Ion under “performance.” ??

You don't have one, GT's all have Extended range batteries. Only 2023.5 Standard range batteries are LPF.
Thanks mostly just looking at charging strategies and they appear to differ by battery type.

I thought Toyota's product map was just "We still think you want a green car, can we get you to try hydrogen"

Toyota also thinks that EVs can't road trip yet. Of course, they really can. It's just that Toyota's EVs can't, especially not their slow charging North American AWD models.

They recently unveiled a new product map that had 4 classes of BEV on it: Performance, Popularization, High-Performance, and Solid State. ?‍♂?

Agree to a certain extent. LFP is not suited for what I would say is the premium segment where you favor range across climates. On a charge / discharge basis LFP is probably a suitable tool for acceleration in warm weather but would not achieve the same range potential.
