I believe that Mach-e w/68 kwH battery is a very capable road warrior. I have done almost 1,200 miles on mine since I picked up this past May 24. I have traveled from Northern NJ to Northern PA, throughout NJ, to NYC, then onward to the autoTrain station in Lorton VA, where I patronized EA's dcFast chargers in NJ, DE, MD & VA.
I start my trip @ 100% SOC w/235 miles ... I deplete it to about 40%, then charge up to 80% in less than 15-18 minutes at 350 kW charger and about 20-35 minutes in a 150 kW charger ... to me this is more than adequate.
I have yet to venture in areas where EA is non-existent, such as in the Blue Ridge mountain regions of TN & GA where available 50 kW charges are either by evGo or chargePoint. I am also thinking in getting a Tesla to J5112 plug so that I can tap into any Tesla destination chargers at various commercial establishments (you need a Tesla app to find these, but their app is quite comprehensive).
Welcome any comments ... good or bad. Thanks ....
