Blue Cruise came through last month, new keys booked in next Wednesday, I love my life ?

And you are a star ?

Had that bulletin since Jan this year but continuously told no keys are available nor would they ever likely be so.

My dealer who’s servicing my car a week on Thursday still insists keys are unavailable and on your report I contacted Perrys Mansfield for second [dealer] opinion and they say they can get them so as they did the work searching for them, am letting them do the key work!

The dealer said there’s a two week wait for parts and it’s booked in for a 3 hour slot. Any idea why it takes up to 3 hours to reprogram the replacement keys?

Looks like it would’ve been done in an hour but there were problems programming new keys in after old ones deleted. Took just under 2 hrs with the programming difficulties so it looks like what you were told was sensible in case they said an hour, you banked on an hour and it took 3.

Looks like you may have been correct re the camera software update recall, when they came to look for the recall they could no longer see it so may have become redundant due to OTA or some other reason.

Anyhow, for information, June 11th apparently was date the missive landed at dealers with the news that new keys were available.

These new keys are great but they are so big & heavy need to tighten my belt another notch?

I assume the new keys are the same size as the GT 5.0 Mustang, which I had. If so I’m not going to bother as the missis drives it 99% and likes likes the little compact ones we have now.

If you don’t have a Mach E branded key, they’re in stock now at dealers, or rather they can order them in for you again.

They definitely exist. They maybe need to check PTS and see the updated note.

My mother who is in her 80’s just picked up her new puma st line . Anyway nice little car all digital WITH a little compact key as per Mach e key but has a puma on it, why can’t we have one of these ? instead of a key the size of a shoe
