I'm expecting my MME in the coming weeks as it's being scheduled to build this week. My newer build house came 'ready to go' with this outlet in the garage. Can anyone recommend a charger to purchase for this outlet? Thanks!

Assuming your house was wired correctly and there is a 30A circuit breaker behind that 240V/30A outlet, you will be able to run a 24A EVSE (charger). If you have the capacity in your panel to upgrade, you could have an electrician replace the breaker, run new wires, and replace that with a 50-60A circuit.

The Ford Mobile charger that comes with the car is 32A with a 14-50 plug. That would require a 50A circuit.

If you are thinking about a versatile installation, the ChargePoint Flex has flexible amperage settings from 16 amps to 50 amps and plug-in and hardwired installation options.

For more information, I suggest you search the forum titles for charger and read up on the many pages of information already provided here:

Looks like you got a NEMA 14-30, so you should have a 30amp breaker. Check here Clipper This means you highest you can charge is at 24Amp. This will get you around 20miles/hour? The 48 Amp will get you 30miles/hour. What matters here is the gauge of the wiring from the Breaker to your outlet. Also, the MachE comes with a portable charger, It currently has a Nema 14-50 plug so it will not work on your 14-30. They copied the Tesla Charger where you are able to change the pigtails so you are able to buy a matching one. You should check with your dealer whether there is a Nema 14-30 pigtail. check out this https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/evse-48a-hardwired-vs-40a-plug-in.4416/ and other threads- use search tab above.
Battery conditioning uses minimal amounts of energy compared to charging. But I keep my EVs plugged in in colder weather( I have my EVs in a garage, so not critical). My theory is not to use the EV battery for this.
The conditioning is not continual. It is periodic as needed. And you have to listen hard and close ( unless you are a 5 year old male with that excellent hearing [those were the days!]) to even hear it.
Unfortunately not everyone has a garage, but if you do have one, you should consider making a place for your MME in it during the cold and hot of it.
Range (currently) will always be affect by temperature. Cold weather affects range (negatively) more. Electrons prefer to be comfortable. Recall your science lessons about temperature and molecule movement. Warmer, not hot, weather will see longer ranges. My Bolt has ranges of 270+ in summer and around 238 in winter.
Where oh where did all the super conductivity scientists go?

The charger in the MME should charge faster (than my Bolt with a smaller charger, and the Bolt does fine). Remembering the charger is in the car, the EVSE is just what it says Electric Vehicle SUPPLY EQUIPMENT
