Well, I have owned 14 cars in my lifetime, including 3 other electrified vehicles. In
2 1/2 yrs my Mach e has spent more time in the repair shop than all the others combined. So, who is causing the problem? Ford for crappy design and planning or the lawyers holding them accountable?
holding them accountable ?

Yeah, the way Ford gets “held accountable” is by the warranty.

They’re paying that service bill. They don’t want your car in the shop any more than you do!

That's right. I think people under estimate the bottleneck of getting the HVBJB changed... it is ~ a day per car of shop time. If/when there is a general recall, it will take a couple of years to do the work at the current dealer capacity.

my car is waiting for new battery replacement modules, not the hvbjb. no modules for repairs are available, they are all going to make new vehicles, and they have no idea when they will be. basically, Ford is delaying repair of sold vehicles so they can make new ones. They have already had my mach e 6 wks and have NO IDEA, when the part will be made available for repair.

I don't know the full details of your situation, but do you have a case with Ford or is this purely from your dealer? You're, like, in Michigan! That's insane. I'd be over it and telling Ford to buy it back.
