What actually amazes me when I look at this video is how little damage is done to the Mach-E, at least until he plows into the other car.

If the car totally froze up and locked up it's hard to understand why it's still going. But even then the brakes should still work. And even if power steering is out you should still be able to turn the wheel.
A word of advice, if your car runs away SLAM the brakes and hold them. If you press gently they can quickly overheat, then you really have no brakes.

I find it … interesting … that someone who is allegedly “very big in the lightning community” just happened to be on the same roadway at the same time and was able to video the entire incident and stopped to interview and examine the person in the green Mustang Mach-E

Then I find it even more suspicious. Am I the only one who finds that just a bit too convenient? If you told me that some random schlub in a beater dodge durango just happened upon this and was a Good Samaritan who stopped to check on the guy, then it becomes a bit more believable. (I’m still not buying this though - I’ve wasted too much money on Florida swampland and New York bridges already )

What the actual fuck am I looking at?

Looks to me like he had a flat in the front right and was trying to get off the highway, panicked and scraped the Jersey barrier, and was in a state of ‘panic’ so didn’t’ check for on-coming traffic as he tried to exit….the vehicle on the on-ramp that struck him was either clueless or blind sided or both….
