Mach E serviced today TSB completed

Good Morning,

We have a late build 21 MME that we had serviced this morning to have the tires rotated and check on issues with charging problems we have had. I had noticed there were updates to fix charging issues. The dealer completed a TSB identified as TSB 222057A. which I haven't found any further information on this particular one. Has anyone had the charging update completed with this TSB? Ive tried searches but haven't found anything that seemed to match Fords Info.

What charging issues are you having?

Problems with failing at charging stations with EVGO and CHargepoint. Both those companies referred to problems with mustangs having issues connecting to charge.

Can you post your service write up? It would hopefully say more info about the TSB and what modules they updated.

It's a fix if the vehicle won't charge using a DC fast charging station.

that explains that. Where did you find that. I thought I searched everything I could think of.
