Full sized poodles are no joke and are probably under-utilised as K9. Like shepherds, they are also likely smarter than some of your friends.

Still on 4.2.2.2, delivered 11/21. Tried one minute advance, and nothing.

Will turn off Auto Update, try manual, see what happens. If nothing, will change to two minutes advance and Auto update again.

Don't know why we're all focused on this. But I object to being this far behind everyone else.

LOL I'm a sub-Standard (aka Miniature). ??

I'm not too concerned with the software revision status of my car. When I see something that tickles my fancy, I just fire up FDRS. Otherwise, I wait for the OTA Power-Up. ?‍♂?

Weird question: The alert status from the 11/21 update to 4.2.2.2 has remained on. Is that unusual?

Have read the update in FordPass and on the vehicle.
It's not a weird question. At least, not as weird as the illogic of this thread. ;)

It's normal for the update notification to stay awhile. Maybe 2-4 weeks, something like that, or until the next update arrives. (For now, we only get to see the most recent OTA update listed, and none of the dealer installed updates.)

In your vehicle, you may notice an icon on the top bar of the center screen that looks like the one I circled in red below. If you do see that, you have a NEW update. Tapping the icon will take you to the details and then the icon will disappear until you receive a new update.

Retired. I'd say it was a mid life crisis, but not many people live to 140.

No update = Test failed for me…
Same here. But, it's not really the end of the world.

I guess there's a chance that the car was trying to use Ford Connect for some reason instead of the house WiFi.

If that's the case, the update is coming in batches over a couple days, maybe.

The results!

I indeed ran out to the garage Monday night, and changed the time as suggested. Just to make sure a low 12V battery isn't delaying any possible upgrade (reported to be a common reason for delayed OTA packages) I also connected the 12V AGM charger.

I went back to the house with my 2021 Job 1 on PowerUp 6.1

Tuesday morning came and... nothing.

and - Wednesday? Nothing.

Thursday? Nothing.

But then, Friday? Nothing

It almost seems like changing the update time didn't cause a new update to initiate.

Next test - the other well known way to initiate an update - the thanksgiving turkey wishbone!

Thanks for the article. Decided to check it out and found auto updates had switched off.
Turned it on and changed the time.
Think I will get an update now that I’ve changed the time.

I was at 6.2.0 for a few weeks, and I had my update time set at 1am. When I got home around 4:00p, I set update time to 4:15p. Nothing. I then set it to 1:04a. Next morning, nothing. However, that afternoon, I then received the 6.2.0 'resend' update, so it looks like it MIGHT work to change the time. I'll do some more testing...
