Well not sure how many minutes but it did shut off after 15 to 30 min, not exactly sure when.
Next time, please hover over the car in the ice and snow to provide a more precise answer. Your measurement interval is much too imprecise ?

@FirstBEV brings up a great point. This definitely makes sense. Where is this documented? I almost want to go try it. I already did it once.

Just wanted to post a recap/update:

Ford has sent field engineers out to work directly with some of the affected cars. They are confident the problem is not weather related. They also believe it is limited to a certain range of build dates. They were looking into the issue on Sunday, already viewing my videos. They had Koons run a bunch of diagnostics on Monday that were directed by Mach E engineers. By Tuesday morning a Ford engineer had arrived at Koons and taken over my case, consulting with the Mach E engineering team. They thought they had a solution Tuesday night (trust me when I say I'm convinced ALL of the Mach E engineering team believed they had the solution). The solution, in the form of installing he very latest software was implemented Wednesday. Unfortunately, something didn't work. I'm guessing parts of the new software or the actions they caused weren't fully compatible with the rest of the system, so the car put itself into park when they started to drive it (I'm guessing it really went into safe shutdown mode).

At this point I'm awaiting a Thursday update but I'm confident the Mach E engineering team (probably with a Ford engineer still working on my car) is working hard to fully resolve the situation.
Did you ever get any updates yesterday? A lot of anxious readers lol.

That's what I would expect. Most cars stay in what is effectively "accessory mode" when you turn them off, for some period of minutes. Although sometimes that terminates as soon as you open a front door.
IIRC one of the settings lets you set this time and even turn this off.

Thanks for asking. Yes and no. I did get an update yesterday evening but the ability of the engineers to work and the amount of work yesterday was very limited because of our severe weather here.

However, I do know they are working on Marlin today. Not long ago these screens popped up on my FordPass:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Marlin's Dead Low Voltage Battery (LVB) -- Followed by Stuck in Park C06332DC-F6E2-48F0-BE3D-1101D5B1FFB1

Ford Mustang Mach-E Marlin's Dead Low Voltage Battery (LVB) -- Followed by Stuck in Park 03577E11-F0F2-4BA3-8F06-D413523D26D5

Ford Mustang Mach-E Marlin's Dead Low Voltage Battery (LVB) -- Followed by Stuck in Park 4425636F-A24F-4606-8734-1AA768ED81F0

These are consistent with what happened Wednesday afternoon when I went to pick him up. Good news is they reproduced Wednesday's issue. Bad news as of noon is they hadn't eliminated that issue. I'm hoping they are making progress this afternoon.

Stay tuned ...

You got it :) - Next Time, I still have to test the cargo port for someone :)

Good news my part arrived (DCGM), but got some bad news delivered by the dealers GM...

Said it could take up to the end of next week hopefully sooner to work everything out.

The part will be installed most likely Monday and then they have to work with FE to test throughly. Progress, I will take it...

DCGM is the charging module.

I love (hate) that you actually see the horror on your phone while they attempt to resolve it. I would be running circles into my floor just pacing and waiting.

Best of luck...

It took my dealer service more than 4 attempts to diagnose that they had to replace the charging module on my Pacifica PHEV. Sadly this was after I was stuck on the side of the road for a brief time in Texas during a winter road trip. That defective charging module caused all kinds of intermittent errors from no charging, dead LV battery, to the shut down while driving. Glad Ford was more on top of it.

Unfortunately, I've also had to do this once already. I was more looking for where did it say the frunk pop would only work when the battery is dead.

So out of curiosity, I just tried to open the Frunk with my jump box and it wouldn't work. No dead battery.

They may have learned that need for thorough testing from mine.
Service foreman: Software's updated, you're good to go. ?
Marlin: No I'm not. I'm not going anywhere. ?

Exactly...

I forgot who asked but the Cargo 12v stays on when the MME is off, I only watched for a few minutes as it was snowing. I am guessing it also shuts off after x amount of time. Most likely tied to the same thing.
