Someone plz ask about faster charging to 80%. 41 mins to go 10-80% is just too damn long.

Yeah, understand their concern with battery warranty but I don't think the average person is fast charging weekly. It would be nice if it stayed at 150 till at least 50% then bump down to 100 to 75% then maybe 75 the rest of the way. That should shorten the time down considerably

Is this going to be another disaster of a livestream like the previous one, where all they talked about was extremely basic functionality? That was a shitshow, with half of the people asking about BlueCruise availability, and the other half asking "where's the gas tank?" (okay, not that bad, but... not too far off)

@Ford Motor Company, why do you insist on treating owners like children? If we're engaged enough to follow a webcast, we're probably at least mildly educated about how our cars work. We aren't little kids - please give us content that's technical.

Thanks @kltye for trying! You were asking good questions but sadly, it seems it was just a bunch of marketing department peons doing the Q & A.

Disappointing for sure. Obviously anyone on the forum is not their target, which is too bad.

They need an engineered focused one for us nerds.

They did a series with the actual designers and engineers in 2020, including Ron Heiser - which I thought was an awesome thing for Ford to do. The moderator was a dope though - one guy asked how much horsepower the Mach E has and the pinhead moderator gave to Ron. "Yeah, hey chief engineer I'm too lazy to go to the website where it has the tech specs, let me waste your precious time asking you to look it up for me".
