I feel your pain. I got so excited when I got “Your order is updated” email. Nothing was updated ?

Yep, some others reported that active parking assist 2.0 had been removed from their "Additional Features" list, as if that might free their MME from the chip hold hell. After I got my "updated order" email, APA2.0 was still in my list. No joy, no matter how you look at it.

Wondering if any January orders received a scheduled production date? I checked this morning, nothing. Is there anything I can do to move my order along quicker? I’m ok with the park assist prep kit. Should I tell my salesman that? This is my first experience ordering online. I’m trying to patiently wait, but it’s hard? I ordered premium ER RWD 1/26/22 in IBSM. Order was accepted by dealer on 1/27/22. I purchased my first Ford 13 years ago, 2009 Ford Flex limited. It has been my favorite car ever. Very reliable and comfortable. At first I was looking at Tesla model Y until I found out Ford was doing an EV. It was a no brainer for me, the Mach E would be my new car love. I’m now a Ford fan since they sold me a great product so long ago. Is there still a chance at May production date?

I posted this question this morning. Im new to the Mach-e forum, so I was not sure how to ask everyone. I sent it to Ford Motor Company because that is the only recipient I could think of at the time. They responded to the newbie, how awesome!!! I’m hoping I’m doing it right this time.

I ordered a premium extended last JULY and I still don't have a scheduled production date... It can take a while haha.

I have decided checking the Ford website every 3 days is a set up for disappointment. I’ve going to calm down. It gets here when it gets here.

I know you are in my same build week and glad you are getting yours. At the same time, I hope others realize how delayed it can be. I post this so others can see how weird it can be where someone who ordered way later than me can get theirs about the same time as mine. I hope these massive delays are behind us!

Here's my equivalent timeline:
Ordered: 05/29/21
Dealer Accepted: 05/31/21
Converted to 2022: 10/01/21
Order Confirmed (via Ford email): 11/27/21 (online tracker says order was 09/27/21)
Received Production date: 01/20/22
VIN received: 02/17/22 (I figured out my VIN myself using browser developer tools around 01/27/22)
Window Sticker: 03/12/22
Production started: 03/23/22
Built: 03/23/22 (on website tracker but received email 03/24/22)
Shipped: 03/25/22
Est. Delivery: 04/26/22-05/02/22

No production date yet. I'm still hopeful that I get caught in cleanup scheduling next week, although that admittedly is blind optimism.

I'll ask my dealer:

- what priority code is my order?
- do I have the parking assist prep package? I'm willing to take that if it speeds things up

Premiums are getting the short end of the stick for sure. 11/1 Premium AWD ER order and not scheduled yet. My guess would be an August delivery at best for me

I get the same feeling. But really, Ford should have it would be the most popular trim. I’ve seen mostly premium orders.

Unfortunately it seems they’re going for their highest margin vehicles first which are the Select and GT which makes sense from a business perspective but from a customer centered view it’s very frustrating

I did email my dealer yesterday. Told them about park assist issue. They updated my order. 30 minutes later, got an email from Ford. It had been removed completely from my order sheet. $325 credit per dealer.

I have two Premium ER orders (different dealer - one as a backup in case of ADM). One has APA removed and the other still has it listed. I guess one won't be scheduled for production soon

I ordered a GT on January 31. Received a scheduled built date for week of 04/04/22 on February 10. Got my official email and VIN from Ford approximately the first week of march

Ordered on 12/30. Nothing. F... hate ford. ?
