I searched for a thread on this but could not find one. I would like to compile a list of questions that people ask all of you. I would like my wife and I to be prepared with the correct answers. My car should be delivered late May. I have a Vanderhall Venice and I am asked some good and some really crazy questions all the time so I'm used to having a 5min coffee run take 30 min or more. haha I always tell interested folks, if you you don't like talking to people, don't buy one!

Mostly people just want to see the car, but some want to see the battery and "the engine". Lots of questions about charging, how difficult it is to get a home charger, where you can charge, what the range is, and if it makes noises. Many also are curious about how difficult it is to drive.

Most common questions I get:

1) Is it fast? Yes
2) Where do you charge it? I tell them how easy it is to charge at home and how easy it is to find chargers. I know where a few local chargers are at so it can help to tell people. They are usually surprised there is one right around the corner.
3) How far can it go? I usually say 270 miles. But I sometime add in the charging info above.
4) Does it have AutoPilot or drive itself? I explain what CoPilot is and that no car drives itself.
5) What is that? I explain it is the all-electric, Mustang crossover. I've had people ask if it is a Tesla or Jaguar. Some actually ask about the engine.
6) How do you like it? Easy answer. :)

Really, a lot of people are just excited to see it. They want to take photos and they love when you pop the hood.

Questions I get:
1. What is that? (Mustang Mach E - the electric Mustang)
2. That's a MUSTANG? (Yes, it is a Mustang)
3. Is it fast?/How fast is it? (It's fast enough :) I talk about acceleration)
4. Do you like it? (YES!)
5. How far can you go with it? (Depends, I equate it to the Escape it replaces)
6. Is it difficult to charge/is charging difficult? (Nope - I describe charging at home and having a "full tank" every day, if you want, and DC Fast Chargers if you want to go on a road trip. I also explain that the navigation system helps you plan a route so you always get to a charger.
7. What's it like to drive? (FUN! Not at all like any SUV/Crossover I've ever driven)

"when did Teslas get so awesome looking?"
How to tell it’s NOT a Tesla:
1. Body parts aren’t falling off
2. The paint job doesn’t look like it was done by a bunch of stoned high school students in shop class
3. The radar cruise control doesn’t have a propensity to plow into stopped objects.
4. it’s actually good-looking
???
