Navigation System Not Loading

About a month ago I began getting “navigation system not finished loading “ as the verbal response when I try to activate with the talk button.

When I touch the home button and then select navigation, I can manually key in my destination. I already did the arrow-left, volume-down to reset the system but it didn’t resolve my issue.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I have my dealer doing the HVJB recall this Wednesday. I’ll have them address the Navigation issue at that time.

my navigation has been down for 5 months now apparently Ford techs are working on it. Meanwhile my warranty expiry date is being used up.

The dealer performed an APIM update to fix my problem with the voice navigation.

Anyone have only some voice commands for navigation not work. My voice command for cancel navigation does not cancel my route. It cancels voice commands from navigation but keeps the route active. If I use Alexa to cancel navigation it works as expected. Other voice commands like setting a route seem to work fine.
