New APIM/TCU/GMA updates

As of right now those new updates have disappeared from FDRS. Not sure if they discovered an issue and pulled them, or if it has to do with the FDRS outage from earlier.

I haven't noticed any issues with the car today after installing those yesterday. Not that that means anything.

Hoping its just an FDRS issue and not an update issue. You couldn't load info on cars with Sync4 installed this morning, and when it started working again those updates were gone.

I took my car out for a drive after doing the 4 updates 11 hours ago and everything fine for me also. Seems I was lucky doing it earlier today rather than later.

My experience is different.

When I hit CC a box pops up that says BC is available... I hit "OK"... It will hold speed and lane keep, but the "keep hands on wheel" icon remains on the screen forever. (yes I-5 is BC mapped) it is soooo close.

The 4 new updates that came up over the weekend will be loaded Tuesday morning. I have some optimism that it will work. I'll post the results.

car hasent reported in FordPass for 5 hours and seems to be in a deep sleep per the app…odometer is showing as 0mi and tire pressure shows as NULL

Someone please tell me this is expected…

dealer told me only 1 other car had to be held overnight. Hoping the frds issues slowed them down today and not something else

I’m currently in the exact same boat, last report in fordpass/widget was 10 hours ago, being held overnight

Mine went to deep sleep as well while they were performing the updates. And then they performed a master reset and I couldn't check anything till they called saying my car was done.

Got flooded with a ton of faults this morning around ~745a (assuming when Tech got in). Parking Aid fault, Blind Spot Detection Fault, Collision Assist Fault...sounds like something tied to cameras...but car seems to be awake now and reporting back to FP. The widget doesn't show any higher version of Sync though which is interesting.

Spoke to dealership, they said they got through 21p22 yesterday (took ~8hrs) and now they're about half way through 21G01 and think it's going to take the rest of the day to get through it, but didn't have any concerns (yet)

I took my car for scheduled service to the dealer with my list of updates and I don't think they did any of them. I'm afraid to even check. There has to be a better way. Really disappointed in the updating process, or lack thereof.

Job 1 APIM, GWM, TCU updates are back this am.

They still aren't showing up for every car it seems. The main one I've been checking still has none. One other one just shows the APIM, and not the GWM or TCU.

I just checked five Job 1's. One has all three and the rest are missing GWM.

If they are missing the GWM, it may be because they got it OTA yesterday.

However, One car I checked that I know got it OTA yesterday, still shows the GWM in the list.
