Why would anyone say that would be Very Happy if PaaK was discontinued? Nobody is forced to use it.

Some people on here would be happy for it to go away as they like to remind everyone it never works and you clearly have to be an idiot to be using it

I LOVE PAAK. It works for me.

Yes, occasionally I get a No Key message but the car is running and I'm driving so clearly it's an error message.

I want to keep my PAAK

I hope Ford doesn't listen to those people because I love PaaK and use it exclusively. My wife uses the fob "because reasons" but I love not having to carry a fob. Outside of a Fordpass bug hiccup a few months ago that was pretty quickly fixed, PaaK has worked flawlessly for me.

If mine ever doesn't work, it only takes a second to fire it up again. I love the option, although I don't use it exclusively, and would be very disappointed if it were discontinued.

I just did the survey too. I said how much I loved it, that I wouldn’t but another car without it, but I wish it was as reliable as teslas version. I suggested using Apples CarKey system. I also told them don’t think about charging a subscription for it, because I will not subscribe.

I just completed the survey as well. I always use PaaK in my Mach E and Lightning. I have an iPhone 12Pro. My wife uses a fob because PaaK almost never works with her iPhone 7.

It works great with both my aged Pixel 4 and my wife's Pixel 6 Pro, she just doesn't trust it for whatever reason.

You’re crazy if you think that wasn’t at least partially why they did this survey. ?They probably wanted to see if they should ditch it or start charging for it.

I had the same reaction!

With that said, I do hope they improve the reliability of it. Compared to my experience with a 2022 Model Y, it's considerably slower and less reliable. Definitely improved over the last year of ownership, but I wish I didn't have to do a little dance at the car to get it to unlock when I approach....or have to remember to switch between my MME and Lightning in the app.

PAAK is adequate, but could use lots of improvement. It has some quirks like it would unlock my trunk, but won't unlock the front door and takes 10-15 seconds to reset before I can open the door. Pretty annoying.

Also It can be pretty finnicky to set up initially.
