EV go Ford pass dose not seem to work I went out and checked public charging situations which was the one that worked with the current version app. With the new app the only service that seems to work with the Food Network is electrify America I have been successful with Tesla unsuccessful with ChargePoint unsuccessful with EVgo.

In the new version I can't find my extended warranty info anymore. Can anyone else?

I contacted Ford about this since I have a new extended warranty but it wasn't showing up anywhere. The rep told me to go to the service tab in the app, then select the warranty tile. However, I don't show a warranty tile under service or anywhere else. Maybe that tile will eventually show up. Tagging @Space_Pony since he posted about a newer app version. Does warranty info show in the location noted?

Yes, I had the paperwork. Just trying to make sure it was showing in the Ford system (I purchased through Granger online). Used the chat feature on Ford.com and they were able to confirm.

What do you want your car to do remotely. There is no engine to start. The only logical thing for an EV would be climate control.

Same here, with the fan icon. I’ve seen videos that say starting the fan is not the start to precondition the car. Why not have a start button?

There's no engine... There's nothing to start...

What would you like started, beside climate control, that starts when you click the fan button?

The old start button only turned on climate control. It never preconditioned the battery. That can only be done with scheduled departure times.

I got home from a trip with about 28% left, Used Ford Pass to reset limit from 100% back to 90%. Car and Wallbox charger quit talking to each other, so no charge happening, and various white lights show on the charger port, no blue lights.

Not sure if you have ever come across this, white indicates firmware updates

Is it me or is the new app missing the ability to precondition the cabin while unplugged when setting a departure time now? I swore this option was in the old app.

I'm trying to cool off my car before I get in it after work while unplugged. Is there any way to get this working?
