No key available

This is the first time I had this problem . I had this car 6 month and standard phone as a key problems. Today I was able to get in the car the screen had my ID, the radio started to play but I could not start the car the message said no key present. I tried to use my password and the message said password incorrect.
I rebooted my phone , that did not work. I walked away from the car for 10 minutes reloaded the Fordpass program and it worked. Has any one else had this problem? any thoughts as to why?

Possibly a temporary lapse in cell service for the car? The password won't work if the TCU can't connect. Or maybe the TCU went to sleep or something weird. Sounds like another software bug.

I received a message that my password was locked . That is why it did not work. I guess 2 problems at once. After I walked away from my car and came back it worked fine. Wish I knew the wonders of technology.

My weird scary experience was a little different. I had parked my car and decided to change parking spots. Got the "no key detected" message. Refreshed the app, still got the message. Waited for the screen to put in my passcode - it wouldn't come up. I typically have a delay in it coming up, but it just would not appear. Finally got a message that there was a system error (I don't remember full wording and taking a pic was the last thing on my mind. Had never seen this error message). I then opened Fordpass to start with the remote start, got the same system error. As a last effort, I rebooted my phone. PAAK connected and all was well. ??‍♀

I have had my passcode rejected on the first try a few times but usually always works on the second try.
