Not charging in 120V outlet

It's saying that it is plugged in but not charging. I do not have a schedule on it, and have it set to 100 percent. Ideas?

You need to set it to Charge when plugged in.

What color light is the charger displaying? Many don't properly seat the connector.

It's white.
On the ford pass app it says plugged in but not charging.

The charger that is plugged into the wall outlet has three lights on it. Red, blue, amber. You want it to be blue before plugging in the vehicle. Unplug the car. Check the light. If it's not blue then unplug from wall outlet, then repeat the connector between the charger and wall until it is all the way in. Push hard. Then plug into wall and recheck for blue light.

Yeah I suspect it isn't seating right because there are one of those weatherproof boxes around it. Is it acceptable to plug into an extension cord?

The most common issue is the cord not being fully seated into the FMC, (not the wall receptacle).

I have used mine with a 12GA heavy duty extension cord without issues.

The connector everyone is referring to is the one one the Ford box. It goes from the 110 outlet to the box. It’s the end at the box that is very hard to get seated correctly.
