Not going to sleep?

Hey y’all,

I’ve been having some trouble with my 2022 MECR1 going to sleep… check the attached pictures, but it’s staying awake / lights on, after leaving with the keys out of proximity. I’ve disconnected my phone, as well. I just recently updated all of the control modules, and have only recently seen this issue.

anyone else fighting this issue?

p.s. ignore the wiper arm, just don’t go through brushed car-washes

Probably the headlight switch bug if you see the headlights are staying on.

I thought that too, does it cause the “accessory” beep to happen whenever you open the door?

I called Ford’s roadside team, just out of shots and giggles, to see what they said. No immediate answer to the problem, as vehicle affairs had just closed (they close at 11p EST.) checking the garage cam, it’s still very much awake.

I just de-energized it for the night, don’t wanna burn through a 12v OR a headlight ?

Yes.

There's a SSM for headlight switch replacement. Should be free at your dealer if you can get them to do it.
