A distinction without a difference; my wife would be PISSED if I unilaterally decided to buy a new car without talking about it, and doubly so if I picked out the car SHE would have to drive.

Not really: I view that commercial more as a joke in that "haha he got screwed he wanted the pickup".

For years Lexus has run the "December to remember" commercials showing people getting a Lexus for Christmas (personally I'd kill the person who gave me one of those as I find them terribly ugly LOL).

I really don't think that is a thing unless you get to the top % where a car is just another commodity and not a significant percentage of someone's income.

I did do a Mach-E gift guide video today, but no ribbons or bows.

It does remind me of those car commercials where someone was "surprised" by a new car from their spouse with a bow on it. I always thought, those marriages must be rock solid because they knew their spouse well enough to pick out the car for them, or really bad because how do you just go and buy a car without talking it over.

Thanks. I was hoping to find more stuff but there aren't many specific Mach-E items out yet. My wife just "reviewed" the video and said I should have put the t-shirts last. Love the honesty. ? (She's actually the designer of all of them. She used to do graphic design for a Denver sportswear company.)

Ok - so maybe it's time to start a side business making bows and ribbons (with mustang logos) to surround the soon to be delivered Mach-e(s) in holiday wrap! Should be here before the holidays.

I did that once for a car I had ordered for my wife, the big ribbon and bow of course I bought it myself not the dealer and delivery took place on a Dec. 31st it was a birthday gift for her anniversary. Sorry I can't find the pic.
