Order Scheduled for Production Date

Just got my email from for saying that my Mach-e has been scheduled to be built during the week of December 21, 2020. Not sure how to feel since that means I won't get the vehicle until 2021.

The answer to that is grateful and excited. Many of us would love to have received that email

Is it too late to make changes once it goes into this status? Earlier today I emailed 2 managers at my dealership who I had been talking to about changing colors. After getting this email like the rest of you, I called to see if they got my email in time. Turns out one is on vacation the other is out today. They are the only two that can make changes I'm told. ?

Just checked My Ford Reservation page. All of the sudden the dropdown menus lists, Vehicle Details, Key Features, Additional Features and the Battery Speciation's were all blank before are now filled out with all of the options that I had picked out. Maybe this is a good omen that I will get my build date very soon..

Reservation date: JAN 2020 # 10035XXX
Order Date: 27 JUN 2020,
Dealer confirmed in his system today that above is true with an estimated arrival date between 10-15 DEC 2020.

Guess this confirms that they are mixing in premiums with FE builds and that the build date is going more off the order date than the reservation date. MachDaddy's got a Christmas present coming!

It seems looking through the thread that most people are getting a production week of 12/21/20. That means that the poor guys at the plant are working through the holidays.

Are you on the west coast by chance because my order date was 6/25/20. Maybe all the early models are reserved for certain states.

I just received my confirmation as well. It is for December 21, 2020.
I ordered my Premium, AWD, extended battery on the night of the presentation and then confirmed the order on June 27, 2020. My order number is * * * 6581. My dealer is Rusty Eck in Wichita, Kansas. We'll see what shakes out of that Mach-e Tree! I'm just glad I finally have an "idea" when I will get my car! I'm so excited. Just call me a "Pointer Sister"!
