OTA not happening anymore

I was doing great on OTA reception until the 2.3 update at the end of January . Now nothing. I have a great home wifi signal in my garage. Is there a web site that I can inquire of Ford why I’m not getting my June 2021 AWD PREMIUM is not on the schedule for updates/

That’s where everyone else is too. 2.3.0 is the most recent power up for non early access cars. Early access cars have gotten 2.4.1 and up as a test roll out

Yep. 2.3.0 is correct.
I haven't seen any others except for the select group of people that signed up for Early Access beta testing.

Unfortunately I believe we have to hope for actual dealership competence. I'm on my 3rd appointment, mid June now, to address the recall on roof and windshield, I've also told them Sync version is not showing up, OTA switch doesn't do anything, the drivers side door locks have failed to respond to open even with fob in pocket. I did do the discount 12v trick and that seemed to let the drivers door unlock now, but even with setting in the car to open all doors for my family with me first opening that setting is not working so I have to click unlock on the door when I get in.

On the phone I explained this all to them and they said oh all your updates look fine, we can add Blue Cruise I said that was fine but they need to look at trouble reports as I'm pretty sure I have a hosed OTA update based on reading here....

I had to send a strongly worded letter to Ford Customer experience before I finally got a call back from my dealership too.

Responses on this thread reassure me, I hadn't gotten an of the 2.4.x series of updates.

I had enabled scheduled updates like the FordPass App recommended after 2.3 and was worried it may have broken something since nothing since, but if 2.4.x is still only for early access people, makes sense that I also wouldn't have gotten these yet.

2.3.0 may be the last update I see. I will be past 36k miles in a few days and after that I am not sure there will be any more updates for me. Not sure about that though. I guess we will see what happens.

I don't think warranty expiration will prohibit you from getting OTA updates. Dealer installed updates are another story.

It's been five weeks since I got 2.1.0. How long is it normal to wait for 2.3.0, someone who has been waiting even longer for this update? I have only read posts here on this forum about people who have received 2.3.0 shortly after 2.1.0. My widget had shows some failed attempts at 2.3.0 until April 13, after that time no new attempts have been made.
