wife's PAAK works perfect, and when she unlockes the car with PAAK the memory (1) works.

but when I do it with my PAAK the memory (3) never works.
I can press the 3 button and it goes to where I have it set but the PAAK will never cause the seat to move when I use it to unlock the car.

so I search internet
open car, press memory, start car, press and hold memory 3 position until 2nd beep, than lock car with PAAK.

nope, still don't work. What am I missing?

I'm probably way off here, and I'm sure you have done this already, but do you have a separate profile set for you and your wife? Since you didn't mention it, I thought I'd check. Just setting button 3 for your driving preferences won't do anything if it's not linked to your personal profile / PAAK.

I don’t think it’s PAAK-related. I don’t use PAAK and lately after my wife drives the car with her fob, the next time I drive it, the seat doesn’t return to the position associated with my profile. I’m going to have the dealer investigate when it goes in for the 40K service next week.

If you don't mind, could you update this thread with the results of your inquiry/resolution with your dealer?

Same here. 80% of the time, the seat is not where it's supposed to be. I had the feeling it is worse when PAAK is enabled, so I removed it and will monitor this for a while

I don't think its PAAK related either? I assume (from what I read) that it treats the PAAK as just another keyfob?

But I have had "samsung problems" where the phone will start asking for the bluetooth PIN for the car, than it stops working as a PAAK. removing the PAAK and re-adding it fixes that problem (problem seems to have stopped since last samsung update anyway) but maybe those old PAAK fobs are stuck associated to memory position 3.

But I have to be careful messing with it. The wife is at the point she is starting to hate the car because the "settings" are so unstable caused by all these updates. Hell we got in the car the other day and the engine noise has been turned back on and saved it to the memory positions by an update. no reason for this. I feel like we are all beta testers. (and wife is opposed to change) .
