Probably a targeted update, I got one when my 2.6.0 failed last month and then everything else went smoothly. The speaker thing is probably unrelated, do a Sync screen Reset usually fixes it.

The Ford login side changed very recently. It looks like whatever the third-party thing you're using for getting the OTA data isn't pulling properly.

I have yet to disconnect the 12v as suggested by others to force a reset of other modules (DSP, etc..)… after the fiasco with the stealership, all frunk tabs/clips broken or missing , I don’t want to have my fingerprints under the hood… still fighting to get them to own up to it after holding the car for two
Months.

I specifically asked me to replace all the clips. They missed several. They gave me a packet of each of the two kinds of clips. Some of the "clips" are in fact permanent plastic parts of the panel and when they break, that's that.

I’ve seen threads for clip part numbers and done searches for them on other sites. Too confusing to know which ones are truly correct and for what panel/part…. Can you share the part numbers of the bags you were provided? tIA

My car received an ota yesterday as well. In the car it just says "Continuous Software Improvements".
Nothing else.

Sure. As I recall, one of the panels has only one clip, the other panels has both styles. Don't quote me, but I think the center panel just has the black plastic one below, whereas the side panels have both clips. Couldn't find a picture of the 2nd type, but I can add one if needed.

My dealer broke both the perm clips on that top panel last time it was in the shop, found that out when I had to tender the 12v before going in for the HVBJB.

Somehow I managed to remove the funk panels twice now without losing or breaking any clips. The dealer techs that rip them off and break clips must just be barbaric. You want to get your fingers under there as close as possible to each clip and pull straight up, one clip at a time.
