Has anyone else had issues with making phone calls through Bluetooth? I've frequently had calls that sound static-y on my end at first, then audio from the caller drops out completely (but they can hear me fine.) If I hang up and call right back, then it has no problem at all.

I'm not using CarPlay, just regular bluetooth for the phone. Once it gets through that first static-y call, it seems like it's fine after that.

There are several threads about similar issues with phones. Mine seems like it might have possibly improved since the last few updates but it’s too soon to declare victory.

I've had this issue for months now. Pretty much makes using Bluetooth in the car to make phone calls in the car unusable. In communicating with Ford corporate, they say its a known issue and a software update later this year is planned.
