Hello everyone.

Plug and Charge is action my account. However, in Ford Pass it is off, and I am unable to turn it on.

Is this a known problem or is there a fix?

It's not just an Android problem. I have an apple phone and am having a similar problem, my plug and charge is stuck on and it won't accept charges. When I tried a different card it still fails. so now I am not able to charge at EA or Tesla as it fails my plug and charge. With plug and charge being stuck on it won't let me use the native Tesla and EA apps to start a charging session since it tried plug n charge immediately and fails. I called Ford and they said it's a known ongoing problem with no known estimated time to fix.

Bummer. I thought that used to be an option.
It was, quite a while back. I don't remember exactly when, but I'm thinking that's been gone for a couple of years. Unfortunately.

There is a workaround for EA, but you have to ignore the normal instructions. Pull up to EA and get the charger number. Open the EA app and select that number. Don’t plug in just yet. When you select the charger on the app, you can swipe to begin charging. The big charger screen will ask you to plug in. Now plug in. It will bypass plug & charge and use EA to bill. I verify by looking at the screen on the charger. If it says hi to me by name and not guest, I know it’s using the right account. It’s not perfect every time, but I get good results most of the time. Just resist the urge to plug in first ?

Sane with Tesla.
And that will usually work. I’ve had times when the communications have a hiccup. If P&C is on, it takes over and you pay the full price.

I've also noticed plug and charge in Ford Pass is off and will not turn on. However, perhaps I'm just blessed. I stopped by the local Super Charger Friday, and it worked perfectly just as it always has since Tesla became available to us. I put the adapter on and plugged in. It charged right away. I haven't tested EA yet, but Tesla worked fine for me in spite of the glitch in the app. I should add that I also checked online and confirmed that plug and charge is enabled in connected services.

I'm not seeing a way to check the status of plug and charge at connected service on ford.com. I see Blue oval but that is different than p&c.
How did you do it?
