Plug and Charge Still Disabled

Hi Folks,
Plug and charge is still disabled on my FordPass app. I called last week as soon as someone posted this issue and I saw it affected me. An earnest ypung woman assired me this would be repirted to the engineers and fixed. No change.

If any Ford rep reads these forums, please please fix this.

If you think "the engineers are aware of this" is the equivalent of "this will be fixed in a week or less", you haven't owned a Ford Mach-E very long. If we see a fix by end of March I'd be surprised. The only reason it would be quicker is if it's 100% a FordPass issue.

Thanks for the reality check. I hope more will call. The original poster of the problem made it clear that the speed of response is proportional to the number of complaints.

Mine shows it's disabled too. But when I plugged in at an EA station on Saturday, it was still active.

Is FordPass the only place to enable/disable P&C? I poked around on the Ford Owner Web Site but didn't find anything there specific to toggling that. Otherwise my
BlueOval™ Charge Network feature is Active and my credit card info for that is intact as well.

Ok maybe it works anyway. I looked at ford website, and it no other information. Same card information.

I interacted on this with the Ford Customer Service via SMS/text-message service this morning. After your typical level one support questions (...is your Fordpass up to date,....do you have a credit card associated with your account) they pretty quickly gave up and vectored me to the BEV Team phone support.

Good to know. I spent 2 hours on a call this morning and deleted the app, then was unable login. The rep said I didn’t have a ford pass account.. funny I have been using it for 13 months. But she does see my husband’s name, email, phone numbers on my EIN, service records, and loan… uh… and on my son’s Bronco too…

Pissed off for this too!!

I paid for the europan 50% discount for ionity in fordpass, which is one year and very expensive. The plug and charge is disabled, and apparently the same issue is also when selecting charger and try to start manually in app.. I could not start charge at all since I did not have the physical card, so I can't access the discounted price I paid for at all.. and there is a 12 month comittment on it. I guess I can just forget about it and move on, since it will probably take another year or two to fix

Yes, I see the glitch in the app also, but I checked online and confirmed there that plug and charge is active for me. I then went to the local super charger and found that my MME charged just as expected. So Tesla worked fine for me and I'm encouraged to see EA working also. Check online in connected services folks. I think you will find this is just a software glitch in FordPass.

How do you check your status of Plug and Charge online? The only thing I see is the Blue Oval Charge Network, but it doesn't display any status on Plug and Charge.

I agree, it has. I turned it off for my Mach-E, and it turned off. I tried to turn it back on, and it stays off...
