Got 6.1 today, after 5.1.1 a couple weeks ago. 6.1, for me, didn't appear to have any immediately noticeable substantive changes. I still don't have the "charge assist" app yet, and the release notes were just the generic "we did stuff so you're ready for other stuff we end up doing later" spiel. I have learned that the power-up version is not necessarily connected to the addition of new features--I had a lot of features right off the bat when I first bought it almost two months ago, when I was still on 3.x-something. A lot of the features other people reported getting with higher-version updates, in other words, I already had, and the other version 3 and 4 updates all had the generic under-the-hood message (except I think I did get the "record your feedback" feature with the same update everyone else got it in).

5.1.1, for me, allegedly installed the new "preconditioning" feature if you use the built-in nav to find a DCFC, but I haven't had an opportunity to try it to see if it's really there. And as I said, I still don't have the Charge Assist app--not that I feel like I need it, but my nerdy curiosity makes me want to check it out. Also don't know if BlueCruise 1.3 is in it, partially because I haven't driven anywhere since it installed and partially because there's no apparent way to determine what version you have. I have 1.2 now, and from what I see, there aren't MANY changes from 1.2->1.3; apparently it's the 1.0->1.2 or 1.3 that's more noticeable.

I'm not an EA person (yet--fingers crossed). So I guess 6.x is starting to go out to the wild. It does seem odd to me that I got it, but not any of the new features a lot of you other folks who've gotten it seem to be getting.

I’m still on 4.2.2. 2023 AWD standard. Very curious what determines who gets what updates when. Guess I assumed it would be like iPhone updates ??‍
