Updated to 6.4.0 on Jan 20 2024. Would like my BC to be upgraded from drunk driving to slightly buzzed ?.

No.

However, since you've only had the car a month I'm surprised you already have an update. That's quick.

I wouldn't assume that at all. I took my 2022 Mustang Premium in for a recall, and the tech said he had to manually apply a major update. Two weeks later, I finally received 6.4 and 6.8. Those updates finally downloaded around the third week of January.

This morning I just got 24-PU0102-SVD-FX, but I believe I'm still running the 6.8 update.

Great news, my SVD had been FXed (not yet double FXed but that is only for the elites).

Now I will feel so much safer every time I try SVDing!!!

I had several within the first few weeks of ownership in June '23.

Do we know if this recent spurt of updates has any connection to the 6.x power-ups?

As I understood it, the 6.x series was primarily intended to prep for the arrival of BC1.3+ with 7.0.

Do these latest updates have any connection at all to that?

I only ask because the list of poll choices is getting quote long, and we may be obscuring any meaningful trend if we’re conflating totally unrelated updates.

After four failed 6.8.0 attempts, guess they gave up on that one and just got UNX-DC (although before it applied it said it was downloading the SVD-FX update ?!?)

Yes at least a few of these priority updates are to resolve issues that popped up during the 1.3/1.4 OTA rollout. Particularly the CMR one.
