The 2021s are frozen due to “a thoughtful process on the backend.” Call @Ford Motor Company OTA department and let them know you’re not happy about this. It is past time for a Customer Satisfaction Program allowing dealers to manually install BC1.3, just like they did for BC1.0.I have a 2021 Job 1, and haven't had a "numbered" update since 10/16/23. Is there anything I should do or just wait it out? Glad I paid for the Bluecruise renewal and haven't seen that update yet.
