I haven't checked this thread out in a while. was it ever figured out what "easy listening improvements" means?

I hope the fact that they mention CarPlay means they fixed the connection issue.
“Easy listening improvements have also been made to make using the Apple CarPlay® App easy.”

Also, I like that they added
“ Completed”
To the top of the message to confirm that the updates be done and is not pending. I’ve seen a few people confused about this vs a pending update.

Strange. Getting to 4.1.2 fixed all my wireless CarPlay connectivity issues, the guest profile issue, and speed of the menus. I'd say we're back to being like 95%.

Lucky you. For many, perhaps most, that’s not the case.

This OTA only changes one small file in the GWM. So a minor change.

I haven't had CarPlay issues since 4.1.2 amazingly, also on iOS 16.3

Jury is still out on CarPlay for me. I am having the guest profile bug right now though. Another great part about this “upgrade”.

Extended my hands free subscription a few years.

I'm not going to read every reply on 13 pages of this thread. Has anyone figured out more about what the Carplay update actually does? I haven't had Carplay issues for several versions.
