Has anyone had this warning yet? It just happened to me. A bit under 3 k miles on the car. Stumped. Will call dealer tomorrow. So far everything has been flawless.

Came on the drivers screen in red," did you unplug your car"? I put yes, it replied " contact dealer service." The screen shot is from the Ford pass ap. I just got back from a 70 mile test cruise. No messages came up on either screen. I will call the dealer to.

I just got the same message. I noticed that the FordPass app updated on my phone when I was opening it. I went to Remote Start and the car beeped and didn’t start. I got in the car to see a wrench symbol in the dash and a message on the dash saying “Service required”. On checking the app, I then saw I had the Powertrain Malfunction message shown earlier in the thread.
Am wondering whether this is linked to the app update or whether it’s just coincidental. Car was all fine last night.

Graeme, it was linked to the update. There was no further problems for me either. Per my follow up to the dealer. All is good.
