I’m still waiting on it, maybe this week? The CSP did say it was rolling out in July

Got an update and lost PAAK, frunk opening, hatch opening, the ability to put the windows up and down...other then that all was great ....jk
Dealership had to do a complete reboot and I lost everything Id saved and all info.

Looking like I'll have to go do the same. Spent an hour on phone with Fordpass support very obviously reading off a script with no recollection of the fact that I stated in the beginning that I'm in a MME before being told to schedule a visit with my dealership to have them fix this because a PAAK related OTA failed.

I got it overnight. Clock went from 24 hour time to 12 hour time, in spite of 24 hour time still being set. Right driver window would not auto-close/open on first power-up, but did on second. (Both these happen frequently after updates.) I'm just happy we're still getting updates after all this time. Kudos to Ford!

Just got mine, seems like they are getting better at OTA. Remote start didn’t work a few attempts before this, it’s hot as heck here, so remote started and it worked! Radio settings and everything else looks good!

It has been requested to reboot SYNC twice after the updates to avoid exactly what happened to you.
