Well, after 30 days with no replies from Fisker, and Wallbox apparently having run out of what they can do, I'm disputing the CC charge. Bummer!

That said, this eBay seller is offering a quantity of new Wallbox Pulsar Plus's for $330, free shipping. They have positive but limited feedback. No affiliation, obviously. However, seeing as how I've started down this road of buying EV chargers from sketchy sellers, I figure I might as well double down! I'm all in, baby! https://www.ebay.com/itm/285930620343

To install my Pulsar Plus charger I needed new cable clamps to keep the cable where I want it. I've created a 3D printed clamp that screws to the wall but also has a quick release if needed. I made similar clamps for my mobile charger in case I wanted to take it in the car. Probably not a concern with the Wallbox charger. But the quick release also allows me to easily adjust the position and lock it down. See link below.

I think at this point if you haven't received anything or gotten a shipping notification in Fedex, you should go ahead and dispute. I believe Wallbox has done what they can, and shipped the orders they received from Fisker, everyone else is SOL.

Ebay seller has already raised prices to $350+$40 shipping, so now an OK deal, but not amazing. Mine should arrive tomorrow however. Point is that if you keep your eyes open there are regularly deals on good chargers, and more opportunities will come up.

Nothing since the email from Wallbox. I contacted my CC company to start a dispute. They will attempt to contact Fisker and tell me if they are successful. I'm not holding my breath.

My husband disputed the credit card charge for the one we ordered, after getting nothing but an automated troubleshooting ticket from Fisker, and hearing from Wallbox that they have already fulfilled all the orders Fisker sent them.

You are best off contacting your credit card and starting a dispute. I would expect it to be successful since Fisker won't respond to emails or phone calls.

I disputed the charge weeks ago, and received an immediate temporary credit for the amount, followed by a letter stated that (dated 9/11/24). I expect no response from Fisker, and that Chase will make it permanent.

Edit - Chase just notified me that the credit us now permanent.
