Real time traffic not working after apim replaced

Hello, I just got the apim replaced on my '23 Mach e and the real time traffic and weather is not working. Has anyone else had this problem? It's been in and out of the dealer's shop for two weeks now and they can't figure out how to get it back :0

The car is still under warranty, what happens if they can't fix it?
