Rear Windshield Wiper Replacement?

Those of you who have replaced your read windshield wiper with something better/longer, what exactly did you replace it with? I am really sick of the tiny wiper and am baffled that's what Ford decided to go with. Keep in mind I know pretty much nothing about wipers so if you have a link to something on Amazon that's ideal, but a picture of a package I can grab at Auto Zone is good too. Thanks!

The Trico that Rick linked to is the exact one I purchased as well. That rear wiper is comically small, and this helps a bit.
