I just got mine back today. On Monday, when I dropped it off at Chapman, had the same BS from Enterprise, but I had the service advisor call Enterprise to see if the rental was available. They said it would be available later that day and they would come and pick me up from home. Of course, that never happened.Got the car back early from Chapman, only took 2 days. Don't see any issues, only hiccup was with the rental car. Was supposed to get one for two days but when I was dropped off at enterprise Wednesday morning they said they didn't actually have any cars and wouldn't have one available until the afternoon. I ended up just passing entirely since I didn't really need it. I would suggest calling ahead before getting dropped off to make sure a car is available if you are getting a rental to avoid a wasted trip
In addition to glass recalls they also replaced the overhead console (the sunglasses holder broke and wouldn't close), CSP21P22, and LVB was replaced. During my X-Mas trip to LA, my sister's idiot dogs must have tripped the rear hatch and it stayed open all night. The next day I lost all audio and the day after, the navigation system went pear shaped. I reset the battery by disconnecting and reconnecting it. Everything seemed fine for the last 2 months, but I asked them to check it anyway, and they found that the battery was faulty. They also decided to charge the car to 100%.
When I picked up the car, I put it in reverse and was immediately presented with "Reverse Brake Assist Not Available See Manual" message and walk away lock wasn't working. I made an appointment for Saturday to have these looked at, but when I got home both issues disappeared.
Also when I got home, I installed Power-Up 2.4.1 (Horn & Lights). Don't know why, since I had a working Horn & Lights button since I got the car last March.
