Record Feedback option in Sync

I know that, before the UI refresh, there was a way to capture some general feedback in Sync, but, for those who may not already be aware, I just noticed this morning that there is now a way to actually record your verbal feedback/suggestions in the General tab in the settings. I would prefer something like a User Voice forum online where we can visit to document feedback and up vote feedback, but this is pretty nice (assuming Ford actually uses the feedback and people don't just start recording obscenities to send to Ford when they are frustrated). I submitted 3 issues/suggestions this morning and it is super easy.

Ive been using the feedback feature since before the new UI refresh (05/2022 when I got my GTPE) ...tbh, everytime i see a post on here about a new update I go into the MME and submit feedback and usually within a few days I get the update. Coincidence? Correlation without causation? I dont know but it works for me lol

I have not. Interestingly, I do not experience this in my MME, but it does happen in my F-150 Lightning when I start it remotely or start from a departure time. I should submit that feedback in the truck. Thanks for reminding me of that issue.

I had a token enabled for a while which allowed me to long-press on the top ribbon to submit a voice memo to Ford. It was a good way to log bugs as they happened. Is that how this works? Or do I have to drill into the menu to locate this selection?

It seems that you have to press the Settings toggle button at the top of the screen, then press "General" and then "Submit Feedback", which then opens up a voice recorder that you start/stop with an on-screen button and then submit it when ready. The recordings have a limit of 45 seconds.

I wonder where those recordings go? I think the token method was supposedly going direct to engineers. Something tells me this method goes to an unmonitored voicemail box…

I am sure that these recordings make their way to Ford engineers in some form or fashion. I would be that it is similar to the Feedback Hub in Windows 11, where you can report a problem or suggest a feature and it ends up being reported to Microsoft engineering.
