Since picking up my ride in June, it has been all city driving. Would typically get the estimated range between 290-310 after charging to 90% (extended range GT - charging to 90 based on manual and battery type)

went on my first road trip and the efficiency dropped, as expected. So when I got home and recharged, it was approximately 50 miles less. I knew that might happen know it calculates based on previous driving, just like ICE fuel mileage estimators. Did a lot of city driving already and charged again last night. Thinking this morning it might have recalibrated after the charge, it didn’t. I did go into my car menu and reset the calculator (at the bottom of the General Menu and held it for a couple seconds). But the dash estimate didn’t reset.

Am I correct to assume that it will reset at next charging?

I know not to use the GOM and to do the math, but I would like it somewhat close

thanks for your advice

Yup. That is what I reset this morning. Couldn’t remember the exact title.

I assume it takes a while to recalibrate based on ”new” driving habits?

It resets to factory defaults. Then, you drive and it adjusts, over time, just like it did prior.

Since you’ve only had the car since summer, keep in mind that cold temperatures reduces range.
Yup, you're going to start seeing a noticeable difference in estimates now that the mornings are getting chilly. When the temps drop below 50, you'll see a pretty big drop from expectations. The car's not only looking at past performance but also current conditions
