Schedule Updates save button greyed out

I’ve had an issue for a few months now where the save button on the Schedule Updates screen is greyed out so I can’t schedule them. The updates seem to be working and I have called Ford for assistance on it once to no avail. Since it hasn’t stopped the updates I haven’t worried about it too much but has anyone else seen this happen? Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks.

When I 2022 GT was delivered it had this same problem (or something similar). It eventually went away though. You could try a Sync Reset...

Yeah I’ve done that several times. I thought this latest update where you can select multiple days would have fixed it but it didn’t. Still greyed out.

Did you try setting the minutes to something other than "--"? I recall that there was a bug where if the minutes we're set to something other than "00" it wouldn't work properly, so I set mine to "01".

You have got to be kidding. For months I’ve wondered why I couldn’t save this and you just solved it. That’s why this forum is awesome. Thanks so much for that and for asking to see a pic. It just never occurred to me to even mess with the minute side when I was trying to set it for 1 AM. Thanks again.
