I just had my first HVBJB replaced at 27k. I'm not sure if it's a remanufactured part or not. But here's hoping that it will last another 27k. At this point, we may have to view the HVBJB as a expendable item that needs to be replaced every so often.

At least Ford gave me an extended warranty until 75k.

it is. but they extended my basic bumper to bumper warranty to 5 years/75k miles. It think the standard is 3/36k.

The EV/battery portion is still 100k/8years
