Actually I would be surprised if they’re exempt.Interesting. I guess that's one downside to not having front license plates. Though it doesn't say anything about charging spaces. I wouldn't be surprised if they're exempt.
The whole point is so that law enforcement can see your license plate to enforce parking laws.
Parking garages, paid parking and yeah EV parking would be the places this would matter the most for enforcement.
That said, I don’t think it’s a law that’s widely enforced.
