When I go to the Ford tracking page, it often has pre-entered someone else’s order number and VIN. I usually type over that. For grins i just left all lone a few times. I’ve gotten information on someone’s F350, an Escape, and a Bronco. Kind of scary that someone can randomly track a car delivery.

Just thought I would jump in and say hello. I ordered a premium, extended range, all wheel drive. It was also shipped on 9/21. My dealer ran a visibility report and cannot determine where it is. Palsapp shows null and pending. It has had 4 different delivery dates, and a month where it just said N/A. Current delivery date to Southern California is November 10. No confidence in this process.

In seeing someone else's car being shipped by boat, i'm wondering if that is the case for some of you. Esp since someone posted their palsapp showing an origin of Atlanta...

Nop update in palsapp yet, shop.ford.com still showing 10/28-11/3 for delivery, as is seg.fyi. Find it hard to beleive that it will arrive in that window when there is no update that the car has even left Mexico. Last VVR from dealer showed it did not have a freight car assigned.

Call the dealer and insist that they do a "track and trace" to find out. If need be talk to the general manager of the franchise. Dealers can also reach out to Ford regional reps to help.

Has anyone else with a 9/21 shipment date seen their VVR? I just was just looking at the one the dealer sent and the last status date shows as 7/23/21.

I have a 9/21 ship date and a ETA of 10/27 to 11/02. Nothing on pals portal, but vehicle had an assigned rail car at the famous ramp 5J, Lecheria Cuap, EM Mexico on 10/8. Highly unlikely but possible it will be in Utah by the 11/2 ETA. Premium EX4.
