Sirius XM issues now?

Anyone else? About an hour ago the XM function stopped working.

I had issues yesterday with it on my Hummer, but this morning it was working fine in my Mach E.

No, the subscription is valid. The AM and FM works but the Sirius portion is stuck on Loading and won't play any channels. I've been texting with Sirius first line support and they were not able to help. They gave another number to call between 8 and 8 EST for a deeper dive.

Since the support has all been via texting there was a lot of wasted time getting them up to speed on what I was seeing. I'll report back after seeking help from the next level.

Hold the volume down and skip forward buttons on the steering wheel for a few seconds.

Unfortunately, that didn't work for me. I held the down volume and advance channel buttons on the right side of the steering wheel both down together for varying lengths of time. It always reverted back to a Sirius XM loading message.

One other thing that might be worth trying is to send a reset signal to your SiriusXM radio:

I would have had to get on channel 0 to get the reset and couldn't change channels. It was ok this morning when I started the car, thank goodness.
