I received my 2021 Premium in February 2022. It should have been a 2022 but whatever. I've had various software issues in the last 6 to 9 months and it's been at the dealer several times and supposedly fixed. One of them I wrote about which was that the screen would change from my icon and radio stations to Guest's periodically. It was supposedly fixed but still happens occasionally. I'll live with it.
However, over the last couple of months, every time I put the car in reverse, I get the message that the Brake Assist isn't working and check manual. The manual says it should be addressed. I contacted the service manager and his boss and still waiting for a response.
Additionally, all of a sudden when I'm charging at home it's charging from 3 to 7 KW which means it won't finish until over 24 hours according to the details on FordPass. Plus it says that is the time to 100%. I have my FordPass set to 90%. I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it.
Can anyone give some input on this?
Thanks

Your first bug is known and has not been resolved yet, the best advice is to configure the guest profile the same as the main driver so you hopefully don't even notice.

Brake assist is a dealer visit if it keeps coming back. If you have an OBD reader you can try clearing the codes yourself and seeing if they come back.

Charge schedule is a known bug where it won't set properly from the app. There was another bug where one of the updates caused the car to not follow the already set charge settings, so you have to set them up again.

Fully delete your charge settings from the car and then the app. Then plug it in at your home address for a few minutes, so it records the location, then save it and setup the settings again to 90%. Ford has said this bug shouldn't come up again with future updates (your charge settings getting ignored bug, not the app not working right bug lol).

As for charging time in the app, it is super inaccurate. Mine always says it'll charge outside the scheduled window to hit 90% (which is until 9am) but then finishes around midnight (obviously depends on how much charge I needed).
