Software bug - Destination Suggestions

Like many others I have been annoyed by the car suddenly starting to give me voice directions to random locations when I put it in gear (I don't use Ford's navigation software so I have no idea where it is sending me), which is annoying because to turn the directions off it requires multiple taps on the screen to switch over to Ford's navigation software. The solution on most forum's is to turn off the 'feature' in the navigation settings but it keeps reappearing. I did some testing this morning and found that it reappears immediately after switching user user profiles (i.e. If I turn off the setting in my profile and my wife drives the car it will turn the setting back on in my profile automatically).

Can anyone else confirm if this bug also appears in their cars?

Does anyone have any best practices on reporting bugs to Ford in a way they might actually take seriously?

There is nothing to report. They know of it.

You can use Feedback in the car.

Try turning it off on each profile, then saving the profile by holding the door button for that profile.

Just use voice (short press), "Cancel Navigation"

It's been around since the first '21s rolled off the line. They know, but don't seem to be interested in fixing it.

I find it happens more often if you turn the car off while Apple Maps is still navigating (at least for CarPlay, no idea on AndroidAuto) but it's not a guaranty either way.
